- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will not be going through Jackson Hewitt again! I have used them for the last 4 years with out a glitch and was a "valued customer" yet this year they have said nothing but lies. Filing through efile I should've received a $50 Walmart gift card. NOPE. Then using JH I was supposed to receive my tax refund two days earlier then the IRS posted date. NOPE. IRS Approved it on Friday February 12 and JH hasn't updated their system, todays date is Wednesday February 17. I have called 3 800 numbers all saying that they cant help me because I filed online and I wrote an email to the contact us JH site and receiving an email where someone just copied and pasted stuff from their website with out even ANSWERING MY QUESTION IN THE FIRST PLACE! I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY NEXT YEAR!By Angela Fowler, May 15, 2017
